1023 Terms & Conditions — Official Platform Usage Guide
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1023 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the 1023 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1023 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be considered your acceptance of those changes.
The 1023 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of this platform complies with the local laws and regulations applicable in their country or region.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1023 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior warning.
You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration. Any false or misleading information discovered during or after the registration process may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 1023 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
- Users are not permitted to use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
- The use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Users must respect the rights of other users and refrain from any conduct that disrupts or negatively affects others' experience.
- Any attempt to exploit system bugs, manipulate games, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate account closure and legal action where applicable.
Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 1023 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We do not accept direct payments in foreign currencies without prior conversion.
Deposit
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources. 1023 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used at any time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe depending on the selected payment method. 1023 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests subject to identity verification requirements or investigations into suspicious activity. Withdrawals will only be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by management.
Transactions & Fees
1023 does not charge additional fees for most transactions; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges. Users are advised to review the terms of their respective payment providers. All processed transactions are final and non-reversible except in exceptional circumstances agreed upon in writing.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 1023 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 1023 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or business interruption.
1023 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be fully secure, or be error-free at all times. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform without prior notice for technical or operational reasons.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1023 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of 1023 or parties that have licensed it to us. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The 1023 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. 1023 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension, Closure & Related Policies
Grounds for Account Suspension or Closure
1023 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of the following:
- Fraud, identity impersonation, or misuse of the platform.
- Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
- Suspicious activity related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
- Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
- Failure by the user to comply with identity verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
Consequences of Account Closure
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any funds remaining in the account may be held pending investigation. If an account is closed at the user's own request with no violations, the available balance will be processed for withdrawal through the standard procedure once the required verification is complete.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
1023 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
